(hereinafter referred to as "PIPPA STUDIO" or "the seller")
1. Offer
1.1 The “seller”, PIPPA STUDIO, titulaire Ferreira Sanfins, offers products for sale on the website pippastudio.ch.
1.2 The e-commerce services are exclusively available to end users, hereinafter referred to as “consumers.” A “consumer” means any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial or professional activity.
1.3 PIPPA STUDIO reserves the right not to process orders received from users who do not meet the definition of “consumer,” or that do not comply with these general terms and conditions.
1.4 These general terms and conditions govern exclusively the offer, transmission, and acceptance of orders placed on pippastudio.ch between consumer clients and PIPPA STUDIO.
2. Order
To place an order on pippastudio.ch, the user must have a valid email address, and their browser must accept cookies and pop-ups to allow full navigation of the PIPPA STUDIO online store.
The ordering process is as follows:
• Find the desired products;
• Add them to the cart;
• Complete your order;
• Select the payment method;
• Review your order;
• Make the payment and confirm your order;
• You will receive an order confirmation email.
The order is considered confirmed when you click on “Confirm Payment” (Checkout). Once the order is received by PIPPA STUDIO, a confirmation message will appear on the screen, including your order number and all related details. The sales contract is concluded at that moment.
The information marked as mandatory by PIPPA STUDIO must be provided by the consumer and must be accurate.
Upon receipt of the order, we reserve the right to carry out certain verifications before preparing it. These verifications may include validating the delivery address, assessing creditworthiness, or detecting fraud. For the latter, partially automated checks are applied to all orders to identify any unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent transactions.
PIPPA STUDIO reserves the right to report the case to the competent authorities.
By confirming your order, you expressly accept these verification conditions.
Any order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
3. Right to Refuse an Order
PIPPA STUDIO reserves the right to refuse any order, even after automatic confirmation, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the following cases, without incurring liability for any damages or costs:
• The product is no longer available/in stock (payments will be refunded).
• The consumer does not provide sufficient assurance of creditworthiness.
• The information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
• The billing details are incorrect or unverifiable.
• The order is flagged by our security systems as incorrect or potentially fraudulent.
• Payment has not been received within 5 days after order acceptance.
• We believe you are under 16 years of age.
• We suspect you are acting as a reseller.
• Delivery to the indicated address proves impossible.
4. Payment Methods
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The accepted payment methods are listed in the Help/FAQ section of the website. No other means of payment than those specifically mentioned will be accepted.
PIPPA STUDIO is not responsible for any loss of the amount paid or any damages resulting from the use of a payment method not accepted by PIPPA STUDIO.
4.2 Payment Processing
All credit card information (such as the number or expiration date) is transmitted via a secure protocol to the electronic payment service provider, without any third party being able to access it.
This information is used by PIPPA STUDIO only for the completion of your purchase, for a possible refund in case of return, or to report confirmed or suspected fraud to the competent authorities.
The price of the purchased products, as well as the delivery charges indicated in the order form, will be charged to your account only at the time the items are shipped.
5. Order Security
The online store pippastudio.ch uses one of the most robust encryption technologies available for security.
Your payment information is encrypted from the moment you enter the site until the transaction is fully processed and is never stored on a public server.
Although we use advanced encryption software, the total security of data transmitted over the internet or via email cannot be guaranteed.
PIPPA STUDIO shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of electronic communication, including but not limited to failures or delays in transmission, interception or manipulation by third parties, or computer viruses associated with such communications.
Payments will only be processed if the billing information provided can be successfully verified.
6. Retention of Ownership
PIPPA STUDIO retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of all amounts due for these products has been received.
7. Prices
7.1 Displayed Price
The prices displayed on the site include VAT when PIPPA STUDIO’s annual turnover exceeds CHF 100,000. If this threshold is not reached, prices are shown excluding VAT, which will not be charged to the customer.
Shipping fees are applied per order. The exact amount depends on the delivery option chosen by the customer. For more information, please refer to the Help/FAQ section of the website.
All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF).
7.2 Total Price
The total price shown in the final checkout step includes applicable taxes (if any) as well as shipping fees. Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. You may print or download this confirmation for reference. Please only pay the exact amount indicated and make a separate payment for each order.
7.3 Price Changes
The prices of products available on the site may be changed at any time. PIPPA STUDIO reserves the right to modify its prices without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
7.4 Pricing Errors
Despite careful updates to the website, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, PIPPA STUDIO shall not be bound by the incorrect offer and reserves the right to cancel any affected order.
8. Quality and Warranty
8.1 Inspection Upon Receipt
Upon receipt, you must carefully inspect the packaging and the item for any damage.
If the products appear damaged, please refuse the delivery.
PIPPA STUDIO will issue a full refund for the products and shipping fees once the returned goods have been received and processed by our warehouse.
Any claim regarding a missing order must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
After this period, PIPPA STUDIO cannot be held liable for any loss or non-delivery.
8.2 Warranty Against Defects
PIPPA STUDIO does not sell defective products or products of lower quality than market standards. The main characteristics of each product are indicated on its respective product page on the website pippastudio.ch.
Products offered for sale on pippastudio.ch may show slight differences in color or appearance compared to the images, due to browser or screen settings.
The warranty does not cover loss, risks, alterations, damage caused by third parties, natural wear and tear, or improper storage.
8.3 Return of Defective Products
The customer has the right to return an item that is defective or does not conform to what was ordered. The return must be made within 14 days of receipt. This right does not affect the consumer’s legal rights. If the claim is justified, the amount paid along with shipping fees will be refunded. See the Help/FAQ section for the return procedure.
9. Delivery
9.1 Delivery Location and Schedule
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and exceptionally on Saturday mornings.
No shipments are made on public holidays. Delivery is only possible if the address provided is valid.
We do not guarantee delivery times during promotional periods, sales, Christmas, or in case of stock shortages.
The order is considered delivered as soon as Swiss Post's tracking system confirms it has been delivered to the agreed address.
9.2 Delivery Times
If you place your order on a business day before 5:00 p.m. and pay by credit card, PayPal, or TWINT, your package will be shipped on the next business day.
The delivery time is 1 to 2 business days from dispatch for Express Shipping, and 2 to 3 business days for Standard Shipping.
Weekends and public holidays (national and cantonal) are not considered business days.
PIPPA STUDIO cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to force majeure, meaning any event, act, or omission beyond its reasonable control. We will do our best to meet delivery times within reasonable limits, but no strict guarantee of delivery on a specific date is given.
9.3 Partial Deliveries
Whenever possible, we aim to group all items into a single shipment.
However, if part of the order is delayed or unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In such cases, you will be informed by email at the address provided with your order.
9.4 Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails after two attempts, we reserve the right to terminate the contract. Any payment made will then be refunded to you.
10. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are applied per order. The amount depends on the delivery option selected (standard or express). For more details, please refer to the “Delivery” section of the website.
Special options (express, registered) must be selected at the time of order and are charged separately. We reserve the right to apply additional fees for bulky or high-value items.
If the total amount of your order exceeds the threshold defined as part of a promotional campaign, shipping will be offered at no additional cost.
11. Returns and Cancellations
11.1 Order Cancellation Before Shipment
The customer may cancel their order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, they must first check the status of the order via the "My Order" menu at the top right of the website homepage.
If the status shows "Registered," cancellation is still possible. The customer must then contact our Customer Service team to request the cancellation. Only after this step can Customer Service request cancellation with our warehouse.
If the cancellation is accepted, the customer will be informed by email, and no fees will apply.
If cancellation is no longer possible, the products will be shipped, and if the customer still wishes to cancel, they must refuse delivery. Once the products are returned and received, a refund will be issued.
Orders for personalised products cannot be cancelled before shipment, as personalisation begins immediately after the order is confirmed.
11.2 Return for Withdrawal
If the customer is not satisfied with the products ordered, they may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
• The products have not been worn (trying on for size and shape is allowed, but not prolonged use);
• The product retains its original condition, including the tag on the product, and the packaging is undamaged (carefully opened packaging is not considered damaged);
• The product is complete (e.g., both earrings in a pair must be returned).
The following products cannot be returned:
• Products that have been altered or damaged by the customer;
• Personalized or custom-made products.
Products are shipped with a tag, in a box and/or protective pouch. In case of return or exchange, the item must also be returned with its original tag and packaging (box/pouch).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, PIPPA STUDIO reserves the right to refuse returns of products without tags, without original packaging, that have been used, altered, or damaged.
11.3 Gift Returns
It is currently not possible for a person who received an item as a gift to return it themselves.
They must ask the original purchaser to process the return in accordance with the general return conditions.
11.4 Product or Size Exchanges
To exchange a product or size, please follow the return procedure described in the dedicated section.
11.5 Return Information
In case of a return, shipping and return fees are covered by PIPPA STUDIO. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. The refund period is a maximum of 14 days after receipt and processing of the returned items.
Please consult the Help/FAQ section of the website for more information about the return process and refund timelines. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid delays.
12. Digital Gift Cards
PIPPA STUDIO Digital Gift Cards are issued in electronic format only. Once purchased, the gift card will be delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. No physical gift card will be shipped.
The Digital Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will expire and cannot be used.
Digital Gift Cards may be redeemed exclusively on the PIPPA STUDIO online store (pippastudio.ch). They can be applied toward the purchase of any available product until the balance is fully used.
Please note:
• Digital Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
• No replacement will be provided in case of loss or unauthorised use.
• Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased.
• Any unused balance remains linked to the unique gift card code until the expiry date.
By purchasing and using a PIPPA STUDIO Digital Gift Card, you agree to these terms.

14. Conditions Applicable to Promotional Codes
When used in accordance with the defined rules, a promotional code entitles the user to a discount on a product or a selection of products during the specified period.
Promotional codes are valid only for purchases made on the website. They may not be sold, exchanged, or given away.
The customer must not publish or share a promotional code on any website or public platform. Use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
The promotional code is linked to the PIPPA STUDIO brand. It may not be used in association with any other brand, entity, or name. Any misuse, illegal use, or use that may harm the brand image is strictly prohibited.
Only one promotional code is allowed per order and per product. Codes cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or offers.
Promotional codes can under no circumstances be converted into cash.
PIPPA STUDIO is under no obligation to reissue or compensate for a lost promotional code.
If a code is reissued or refunded, it must be presented in its original version. We therefore recommend keeping it safe.
When a code is reissued or refunded, its value can only be applied to a new order whose amount is equal to or greater than the original order.
Without prejudice to its other rights, PIPPA STUDIO reserves the right to immediately invalidate any promotional code in the event of abuse, fraud, or failure to comply with the conditions mentioned above.
15. Availability
Fulfilling orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. PIPPA STUDIO strives to ensure that all items offered for sale are in stock. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a confirmed order if the product is out of stock. In such cases, the customer will be informed, and a full refund will be issued.
16. Validity of Promotions
Offers displayed on the website are valid only at the time they are presented, unless otherwise stated. PIPPA STUDIO shall not be bound by any erroneous offer resulting from a typographical error, incorrect price, or inaccurate information. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed based on such errors.
17. Liability
PIPPA STUDIO is liable only for damages suffered by the customer resulting directly from a contractual breach on its part or in cases provided for by applicable law.
If the damage is related to the use of the website, PIPPA STUDIO’s liability is limited to:
• Damages caused to PIPPA STUDIO products or other goods;
• Reasonable and justifiable costs incurred to determine the cause and extent of the damage;
• And, where applicable, reimbursement of the price paid for the affected products.
PIPPA STUDIO cannot be held liable for damage caused to third parties from the use of its products, nor for damages suffered by the customer in the event of misuse.
We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information on the site.
The above limitations do not apply in the event of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of PIPPA STUDIO.
We disclaim all liability in case of misuse or improper handling of the products.
In the event of an allergic reaction (materials are specified on each product page), a photo must be sent within 14 days of receipt. An exchange or refund may be considered, subject to case-by-case evaluation.
18. Website Information
Although we take great care in managing our website, some information, texts, images, videos, or services may contain errors or be incomplete or inaccurate. PIPPA STUDIO cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use (or inability to use) the site, including damages caused by viruses or inaccuracies, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
19. Trademarks and Copyright
All brand names, product names, and titles shown on the site are registered trademarks of PIPPA STUDIO or other rights holders.
Their use or reproduction without authorisation constitutes a copyright infringement.
All elements of the site (design, text, media, software, structure...) are the exclusive property of PIPPA STUDIO and its suppliers.
The user is only authorised to print or copy portions of the site for placing orders or using the site for purchase-related purposes.
Any other use (reproduction, modification, distribution, etc.) is prohibited without prior written permission from PIPPA STUDIO.
20. Customer Reviews
Reviews left by customers may be published on the brand’s channels. PIPPA STUDIO reserves the right to modify or delete any content for legal reasons. The opinions expressed are personal and do not necessarily reflect those of the brand.
21. Final Provisions
21.1 Contract Language
The language applicable to the contract is French.
21.2 Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
21.3 Governing Law
These general terms and conditions, as well as any disputes arising therefrom - including their validity, use of the website, and orders placed - are subject to Swiss law.
21.4 Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
PIPPA STUDIO reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are subject to the terms in effect at the time of their order, unless otherwise required by law.
