Order
How do I know if you received my order?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. That email confirms we’ve received your order and includes your order number.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders received by 5:00 p.m. on business days are usually processed the same day and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 p.m., on weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day and shipped the day after.
Please note that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may not always be able to meet the estimated timelines. Although we do our best to process orders on time, during high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or sale events, delays may occur.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it on the Swiss Post website to see where your package is and check the estimated delivery date.
Shipping & Returns
What are the shipping rates and delivery times?
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
Please note that delivery times may be longer during high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, sales, and other peak times.
Shipping rates:
- Standard Shipping: 7,70 CHF
- Express Shipping: 9,90 CHF
If your order total is over 50 CHF, PIPPA STUDIO offers free Standard Shipping.
If you choose Express Shipping, even on orders above 50 CHF, the Express fee of 9,90 CHF will still apply.
When do I qualify for free shipping?
If your order total is over 50 CHF, we offer free Standard Shipping.
Please note that Express Shipping is not included in this offer. If you choose Express delivery, a fee of 9,90 CHF will apply - even if your order is above 50 CHF.
Which countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship orders within Switzerland.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
All customer orders are delivered by Swiss Post.
What is your return policy?
At PIPPA STUDIO, you can return or exchange products easily and hassle-free, as long as the items have not been used and are in the same condition as when received, including original tags and packaging.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are free of charge.
Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase, within 14 business days.
How do I return an item?
The items must be in the same condition as received: unused, complete (with all components), and with original tags and packaging.
They must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Step-by-step return process:
1. Submit a return request by clicking on the user profile icon in our store or by accessing the customer account page: https://account.pippastudio.ch.
2. Log in to your account: in the email field, enter the email address you used to place the order and click on Continue.
3. Open the email we sent to your inbox and copy the 6-digit code.
4. Return to our online store and enter the copied code.
5. In the Orders section, click on the order you wish to return. Select Request return, choose the item(s) you want to return, indicate the quantity, select the reason for the return, and provide any additional information. Finally, click on Request return.
6. After reviewing your return request, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been approved, along with the return label to print.
7. Remove the original shipping label from your PIPPA STUDIO box and attach the Swiss Post return label that we sent you by email.
8. Place the item(s) you’re returning - complete with tags and original packaging - inside the PIPPA STUDIO shipping box, just as you received them. Seal the box securely with tape.
9. Drop the box off at any Swiss Post location or use the pick@home service by visiting the Swiss Post website to schedule a home pickup or collection at your preferred location.
Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase, within 14 business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Twint.
Which currencies do you accept in the online store?
All payments in our online store are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Jewelry
What material is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and coated with a durable gold PVD finish, making it water-resistant and perfect for everyday wear.
On our online store, you can check the materials of each piece directly in the product description. We make sure every product clearly states the materials it's made of.
Are your jewelry pieces made of gold or silver?
No. Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and coated through a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process. This coating technique makes the color highly resistant to daily wear.
I have sensitive skin, can I wear your jewelry?
Our pieces are made of stainless steel, which is generally well-tolerated by most people with sensitive skin. However, we can’t guarantee they are completely hypoallergenic.
How can I clean my PIPPA STUDIO jewelry?
The best way is to gently clean your pieces with a soft cloth, or with water and a mild soap. Make sure to dry them thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Which products should I avoid using on PIPPA STUDIO jewelry?
PIPPA STUDIO’s PVD coating is durable, but it can still be scratched or damaged by harsh chemicals.
Avoid using bleach, acetone, nail polish, and strong abrasives like toothpaste, baking soda, or steel wool.
