Size Guide
How do I know if the ring fits me?
There are two simple ways to find your ideal ring size: by measuring your finger or by measuring a ring you already wear.
How to measure a ring you already wear (most accurate method)
- Choose a ring that fits the finger you want to size.
- Place it on a flat surface.
- Measure the inner diameter, side to side, in millimetres (mm).
- Compare your measurement with the inner diameter listed on our product page.
How to measure your finger (if you don’t have a ring)
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the ends meet.
- Measure the length in millimetres - this is your finger circumference.
- To convert circumference into ring diameter:
diameter = circumference ÷ 3.14 (π).
Tips:
• Measure at the end of the day
• Avoid cold hands
• Measure twice for accuracy

Adjustable rings - how far they can open and close
Stainless steel adjustable rings typically allow safe flexibility:
• Close: 2.0 mm to 2.5 mm
• Open: 0.5 mm to 1 mm
This flexibility allows the ring to adapt to a range of finger sizes, depending on its natural (unadjusted) diameter.
After measuring
Compare your inner diameter (measured directly or calculated from your finger circumference) with the size shown in the product description.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the slightly larger size - it is easier to gently tighten an adjustable ring than to open it further.
Small differences of 0.1 – 0.3 mm are completely normal and the ring will still fit comfortably.
